Privacy Policy for SeniorScreens

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

SeniorScreens is a product of PageGravy, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how SeniorScreens collects, uses, stores, and protects information when senior living communities use the SeniorScreens platform.

SeniorScreens is designed to help senior living communities display daily information such as menus, activities, announcements, reminders, weather, and general news on resident-facing screens and devices. Privacy and simplicity are central to how the platform is built. The current SeniorScreens website already states that the platform stores menus, activities, and announcements on secure servers, that facilities control what appears on the screen, and that no resident information is tracked, sold, or used for advertising.

1. Information SeniorScreens Is Designed to Display

SeniorScreens displays content that is entered by authorized staff in the administrative area of the platform. In general, the information typed into the admin area is the same information that is shown on the resident-facing screen, dashboard, or device view.

This content may include:

  • menus
  • activities
  • community announcements
  • reminders
  • general notices
  • weather
  • news headlines or similar general information

SeniorScreens is intended for community-wide informational content, not for storing or displaying private resident records.

2. No Resident Personal Information Required

SeniorScreens is designed so that senior living communities can use it without collecting, storing, or tracking residents’ personal information within the platform.

SeniorScreens does not require the facility to enter resident medical records, financial information, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal resident data in order to use the service.

SeniorScreens also does not create resident advertising profiles, does not sell resident information, and does not use resident information for targeted advertising. This aligns with the privacy promises currently described on the SeniorScreens website.

3. Content Entered by Facility Staff

The facility or its authorized staff control the content entered into the SeniorScreens admin area. Because that content is intended to be shown on resident-facing screens or devices, facilities should not enter confidential, private, or sensitive resident information into the admin area unless the facility has independently determined that such use is appropriate, lawful, and intended for display.

In other words, SeniorScreens should be used for general communication and community updates. The facility is responsible for making sure that anything entered into the administrative area is appropriate for display to the intended audience.

4. Facility Control of Content

The senior living community using SeniorScreens controls what is posted, updated, edited, or removed. SeniorScreens does not automatically pull private internal content from outside facility systems for display. The current site states that facilities control exactly what appears on the screen and that internal updates remain inside the SeniorScreens system.

Each facility is responsible for:

  • deciding what information to post
  • deciding which staff members may access the admin area
  • reviewing content before it is published
  • avoiding entry of unnecessary private or confidential information

5. Information We May Collect

To operate the platform, SeniorScreens and PageGravy, Inc. may collect limited business and technical information, such as:

  • account and login information for authorized administrators
  • contact information for the facility or authorized staff
  • technical logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and service performance
  • information submitted through contact forms, demo requests, or update signups

This information is used to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the SeniorScreens service.

6. Information We Do Not Sell or Use for Advertising Profiles

SeniorScreens does not sell personal information entered into the platform. The site currently states that no resident information is tracked, sold, or used for advertising.

SeniorScreens is built to support senior living communication, not third-party ad targeting.

7. News and Weather Sources

SeniorScreens may display weather and general news as informational content. The current website explains that weather and news appear only for general information, while facility updates remain inside the SeniorScreens system.

Third-party weather or news providers may supply general public information feeds. SeniorScreens does not provide facility-entered content to those outside providers merely because weather or news appears in the platform.

8. Data Storage and Security

SeniorScreens stores platform content on secure servers and is designed with privacy and controlled access in mind. The SeniorScreens website states that menus, activities, and announcements are stored on secure servers and that the platform follows privacy-first design standards used in healthcare environments.

While no system can promise absolute security, PageGravy, Inc. uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect platform information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

9. Access to the Admin Area

Access to the admin area should be limited to authorized personnel only. Facilities are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords, and internal access permissions.

If a facility believes unauthorized access has occurred, it should contact PageGravy, Inc. promptly so appropriate steps can be taken.

10. Facility Responsibility for Compliance

Each senior living community is responsible for using SeniorScreens in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Because facilities control what is entered into the admin area, they are responsible for ensuring that posted content is appropriate for display and does not improperly include protected, confidential, or restricted information.

11. Children’s Privacy

SeniorScreens is intended for use by senior living communities and their authorized staff. It is not directed to children.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

PageGravy, Inc. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When updates are made, the revised version will be posted with a new effective date.
