Senior Living Resident Portal
SeniorScreens helps senior living communities share daily information in one simple place. Staff can post menus, activities, announcements, and reminders once. Then residents can view updates on their own devices or on community TVs.
Because SeniorScreens works in a browser, there is no app to install. It is easy for staff to manage and easy for residents to use. Even better, communities can keep everyone informed without relying on paper calendars, bulletin boards, or word of mouth.
SeniorScreens was built without personal resident information. So there is no personal resident data in the system to track, sell, or share.
Senior Living Communication and the Turnaround Trek
SeniorScreens grew from a real moment in senior living. While visiting a senior living community, I met an apartment resident who shared a frustrating problem. He had made the trip from his apartment to the main facility because he wanted to attend Bingo. However, when he arrived, he learned the activity had been canceled.
That trip stuck with me. It was not just a missed game. Instead, it was a reminder that residents in apartments often have to leave home and head to the main building just to find out that a schedule changed, an event moved, or an activity was canceled. I call that the Turnaround Trek. It is the frustrating walk or ride back home after making the trip for no reason.
SeniorScreens helps solve that problem. Residents can check menus, activities, reminders, and announcements on their own device before they leave their apartment. As a result, they can see updates sooner, avoid confusion, and feel more confident about their day.
At the same time, staff can post daily information in one central place. Then that same information can appear on resident devices and on facility TVs. In addition, communities can use TV displays for AI-generated slides and local radio in shared spaces. That means fewer missed updates, fewer repeated questions, and a better experience for both residents and staff.
